I have been having feet cramps that are unbelievable on how much they feel on fire! I have started feeling bone spurs in the arches of my feet as well.
I think these foot sleeves were a lifesaver for me. They put pressure on my arches and my feet have been feeling much better since using them. Plus my dog likes to lick them lol
I give them a 5 out of 5 based on how good my feet feel after wearing them!
A few years ago I had such a problem with leg cramps waking me, usually in my calves, probably from running or exercise. I used Cramp 911, which is a roll-on with magnesium in it, and it really helped. Magnesium soaks with Epson salt my help your feet and it's inexpensive.
